Application for Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Applicant: Jennifer Robinson, 27 S. Patterson Park Ave, Baltimore, MD 21231

Watershed(s): Baltimore Harbor

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.23 acres and is located East at the intersection of E Lombard St and S Patterson Park Ave. The project will consist of construction of a new community building, landscaping and hardscaping improvements, and installation of stormwater facilities. 

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.23 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for 0.23 ac of this project.
