Application for Phased Development Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a Phased Development Waiver. If granted, the project will be granted a waiver to allow use of previously created surplus ESD volume and impervious area treated for use on this project in accordance with the current Stormwater Management regulations.

Project Description: The project site has an approximate area of 23.1 acres and is located on the northeast side of the intersection of W. Rogers Avenue and Wildwood Lane in the Mt. Washington Neighborhood. The project will consist of construction of a 2-story 6800 sf Building Addition to the existing Rosenberg Building on the MWPH Campus for use as an Ability Center.

The Applicant is requesting a Phased Development Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division per ESD 7745.
