The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.26 acres, is located in the vicinity of W. 25th Street, including E. 25th Street, W. 24th Street, E. 24th Street, W. 23rd Street, E. 23rd Street, W. 22nd Street, E. 22nd Street, W. 21st Street, E. 21st Street, W. 20th Street, W. 19 ½ Street, Maryland Avenue, N. Charles Avenue, Lovegrove Street, Saint Paul Street, Morton Street, and N. Howard Street. The project will consist of the replacement of various water mains.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.26 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.26 ac of this project.
