Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.3 acres on 5.92 acres of site area and is located east at the intersection of S Bleachfield Ave and Frederick Ave. The project will consist of earthwork grading in fill and stabilizing the disturbed area by seeding and mulching to bring site to pre-existing conditions.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.6 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.6 ac of this project.
