Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.57 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of N Howard Street and W 25th Street. The project will consist of reconstruction of an existing building and site grading.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide green roof to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.03 ac of this project. 

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.24 ac of this project.
