Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.87 acres and is located at 1735 East Patapsco Avenue, within the Harbor Logistics Center south of the intersection of East Patapsco Avenue and Fairfield Road. The project will consist of the import and grading of a two-foot thick soil layer atop an existing asphalt landfill cap, and the demolition/removal of several concrete structures in the area.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.87 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for this project.
