Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.57 acres and is located north at the intersection of Frederick Avenue and South Woodington Road. The project will consist of age restricted multi-family dwelling and associated parking and amenities.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.02 ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition.
The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for 0.127 ac. of this project. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this portion of the project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management.
