Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for qualitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.14 acres and is located West at the intersection of W. Wells Street and S. Hanover Street. The project will consist of a mixed-use development.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.09 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.09 ac of this project.
