Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment and qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 6.296 acres and is located in Druid Hill Park, on each side of Beechwood Drive near the entrance to the Zoo. The project will consist of removing the existing concrete pavers and re-grading the parking lots to be ADA compliant while maintain as many of the existing trees as possible. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.92 ac of this project.
