The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.465 acres and is located northwest of the intersection of Falls Road and 41st Street. The project will consist of 15 townhomes and a public road extension.   

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.07 ac of this project.
