Extended Hours for Real Estate Transactions

Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Customer Support and Services Division’s hours at 200 Holliday Street are being extended on Monday, May 20, 2019, to assist customers trying to complete real estate transactions.
The new hours for Customer Support and Services Division for these transactions are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The City's Bureau of Revenue Collections is also extending its hours. The extended hours will remain in place until further notice.
The need to help people complete real estate transactions became clear in the days following the attack on Baltimore City government’s computer network.
Payment of outstanding bills can be done by sending a check or money order (no cash) along with bill statements to the Director of Finance to the following address: 200 Holliday Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. Payments can also be dropped off at this location.

Residents who enroll in paperless billing by Friday, June 30, will receive the 5% discount.
