Starting this May, the 2019 Water Quality Report will be available online for Baltimore City and County residents to review.

This year’s release of the Water Quality Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report, will mark the third year that the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) has used electronic delivery to distribute its Water Quality Report.

This annual report informs water customers where the City’s drinking water comes from, how the water is treated, what chemicals it contains, and how it meets federal standards for tap water.

Baltimore City and County customers will be notified of the availability of the 2019 Water Quality Report via a message on their upcoming water bills. They will see the web address that will take them directly to the 2019 report: publicworks.baltimorecity.gov/waterreport.

Water customers who want printed copies of the report can call 311 (Baltimore City residents) or (410) 396-5352 (Baltimore County residents).

Previous years’ reports are also available online at publicworks.baltimorecity.gov/water-quality-reports
