DPW Service Changes

BALTIMORE, MD (January 21, 2014) – Director Alfred H. Foxx has announced that due to the extreme weather, Public Works’ services will be CANCELLLED Wednesday, Jan. 22.

  • Trash, recycling and bulk collections will not occur.  Make-up for trash and recycling is Saturday, Jan. 25. Bulk collections must be rescheduled by calling 311.
  • Mechanical street sweeping will NOT take place.
  • Citizen drop-off center WILL be open.

DPW Extends Deadline to Receive Discount for Paperless Billing Sign Up

The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) is pleased to announce that Baltimore City residential water customers have more time to sign up for Paperless Billing and receive a one-time, 5% discount off a monthly water bill. Residents who enroll in paperless billing by Friday, June 30, will receive the 5% discount.
