Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.66 acres and is located at the following roadways: Arunah Ave, W Pratt St, Dulany St, Gorman Ave, Penrose Ave, S Fulton Ave, S Woodyear St, James St, W Hamburg St, and Scott St. The project will consist of replacing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.66 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.66 acres of this project.
