Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a waiver to the Baltimore City Stormwater Management Ordinance 10-277. The applicant must provide stormwater management for the proposed project whether or not the waiver is granted.

Applicant: Mt. Saint Joseph High School, Attn: Mr. Dan Peddicord, 4335 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229

Project Description: The project involves demolishing the existing tennis courts and pool to construct an addition to the existing field house to expand the athletic center.

The Applicant is requesting a Redevelopment Waiver in accordance with Section 23-7 of the City Code. Based on the existing land use and existing impervious area coverage, a portion of this project qualifies as redevelopment. The project provides environmental site design practices for at least 50% of the site’s existing impervious area within the limits of disturbance.
