Adjustment Request Form

Sending in a completed water and sewer adjustment request form does not guarantee that a credit will be applied to your water bill. You will be notified by phone or letter if the request cannot be granted or if additional information is needed. 

Customers seeking a water and sewer adjustment may be granted:

  • One Situational/Interior Adjustment during a 12-month period.
  • One Underground Leak Adjustment during a 12-month period. 

If approved, the adjustment will appear on your bill approximately 4 weeks after the request was received.
